How to check Jio Platforms IPO allotment status
KFin Technologies is the registrar. Status usually appears on the evening of allotment day or the next morning. You need your PAN, application number or demat details.
- KFin Technologies: go to ipostatus.kfintech.com, pick Jio Platforms Limited, choose PAN, application number or DP/client ID, and submit.
- BSE: on the BSE application status page, select issue type Equity, pick the issue name, enter application number or PAN.
- NSE: on NSE’s “verify IPO bids” page, choose equity IPO bid details, symbol JPL, and enter PAN or application number.
If one site is slow, try another.
What 2.72x retail means for your chances
A retail applicant who is allotted gets at least one lot of 12 shares. At the upper price of ₹1,119, one lot costs ₹13,428. When there are more applicants than lots, a computerised lottery decides who gets the minimum lot, so applying for more lots does not raise your chance much.
A rough guide: if every retail applicant had applied for just one lot, about 1 in 2.72 applicants, or roughly 37%, would get shares. Because many people bid for several lots, the real odds depend on the number of applications, which the registrar will publish in the basis of allotment. Treat 37% as a ballpark only.
If you are not allotted
Your UPI mandate is revoked and the blocked amount is released to your account. You do not need to do anything. SEBI’s rules require the issuer and banks to unblock money on time, and investors are owed compensation for delays. Our UPI refund guide covers how to raise a complaint with your bank if money stays blocked.
If the amount is still blocked after 28 October, call your bank first, then write to KFin with your application number.
If you are allotted
- Shares should appear in your demat account around 27 October. Your broker app may show them a little later.
- Only the amount for allotted shares is debited; the rest of any blocked amount is released.

On or about Monday, 26 October 2026, on KFin, BSE and NSE.
When will Jio Platforms list?
On or about Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

No. The bank releases the block in the same way if you are not allotted.
