Four mainboard IPOs from last week are due to list instead.
Markets are shut today for Gandhi Jayanti and reopen on Monday, 5 October.

TMC Transformer has appointed Anand Rathi Advisors and Intensive Fiscal Services as book-running lead managers, with MUFG Intime India as registrar. Matangi Rubber plans to use the money for expansion and debt repayment. Ujin Pharma plans to put ₹61.7 crore and ₹21.6 crore of the fresh-issue proceeds into associates Altra Agro-Chem and Altra Pharma-Chem, which would become its subsidiaries; its promoters Jinesh Rasiklal Sheth and Umang Ketan Mehta are the selling shareholders.
Carlsberg India IPO: what is known so far
Carlsberg India is the largest name of the four. Because it used SEBI’s confidential pre-filing route, the offer size, valuation, price band and share allocation have not been made public. ET said reports had put the issue at up to $700 million, or about ₹6,600 crore to ₹6,700 crore, but the company has not confirmed any figure. Under the confidential route, an updated draft has to be published before the issue opens, which is the point at which retail investors will be able to read the details of the Carlsberg India IPO.

Why is the IPO pipeline growing in a falling market?
More than 50 companies filed draft IPO papers in September, the busiest month for filings in a year, ET reported. That has happened even as foreign selling, high US bond yields and crude prices have weighed on the benchmarks; our Sensex report for 30 September shows how the week went. Strong listing gains and steady domestic liquidity have kept companies keen to raise money, according to the same report.
Several of the companies in the upcoming IPO October 2026 pipeline are small or mid-sized. Investors who want exposure to that part of the market without picking individual issues can read our guide to mid-cap funds.
